Policy number; date, time, and description of the incident; contact info for any other parties; photos or documents if relevant. Your carrier may ask for these.

Cooperate with the carrier
The insurer will assign an adjuster, may request more information or an inspection, and will determine coverage and settlement under the policy terms.
